Perfect Shapes for apple pen is not working in Books

Ever since updating to 7.4.1, I cannot use perfect shapes in Books. I need this feature for my work!

Apple pencil 1st gen drawing not aligned with the tip of pencil I've suddenly got an issue with the pen and can't figure out how to fix it or if it is broken. I use an iPad as a drawing tablet connected to a Mac for drawing in adobe illustrator. Out of nowhere, Apple Pencil (1st Gen) is drawing offset lines, where the input is not aligned with the tip of the pencil. I'm connecting with the usb cable, so there shouldn't be any lagging and this setting was working fine earlier. Has anyone had this problem and if you have, did you find a solution to this? I have tried the usual disconnect and pair the devices, everything updated, changed the pen tip, but so far no luck.

PDF pen settings not loaded Hi, I've noticed an issue when writing on a PDF file using the Apple Pencil on my iPad (9th Generation, latest firmware iPadOS 17.6.1). When I first start writing after opening the file, the pen settings don’t seem to load correctly, and the color defaults to black. However, when I continue writing, the color changes to the correct settings, creating an inconsistent look. Could you please address this bug? Thank you!
