It’s been an issue for years now and still, simply scrolling through available screening services on my (completely up to date) AppleTV 4k triggers screen judder that is only fixed by toggling video formats or rebooting the AppleTV.
About time this was addressed!!!

This is not a regular thing. I'm a bit of geek insomuch that I answer questions out here, and this is the first such complaint I can recall seeing.
So, I assume you're seeing a problem that's pretty much unique to your setup. May I ask what your ATV4K's HDMI port is connected to? Flakey cable?
User interface becomes unusable, why should I be responsible for troubleshooting this??
