Automatic FTP changing with custom zones?

Does anyone know if FTP will change automatically based on Apple Watch estimation if I switch to custom zones? I am a keen powerzone cyclist but wondered if I can switch to custom zones (I use 7 zones) but still utilise the automatic FTP functionality of the watch. TIA.

The maps automatically update themselves every few days on my phone, but the maps on my watch never update. Watch ultra 2 compass doesn’t show parked car, but Apple Maps does I upgraded from Apple Watch 7 yesterday to the Apple Watch ultra 2. The “parked car on compass” feature worked fine until then. Since I am on the Apple watch ultra 2 (which I set up from a backup of my Apple Watch 7 and then updated it to watch OS 10.0.2.), the parked car location shows up on Apple Maps, both on my iPhone 13 and on the watch ultra 2, but it doesn’t show up in the compass app on the Apple Watch ultra 2, which is where I need it. can anyone help please? The typical advise on the settings in privacy and location are all set correctly (privacy and data / location services / system services / important locations) thanks ahead!

Location based home automations and Apple Watch Cellular Has anyone else noticed that since the iOS 16.5/Watch OS9.5 update that Apple Watch with cellular no longer triggers location based home automations when leaving the phone behind? Prior to the update my location based automations worked perfectly via Apple Watch but it no longer works. I have tried everything possible, turning off location on iPhone and back on, unpairing Apple Watch and re-pairing from backup and having spoken to Apple their only suggestion was to un-pair and set up as a new Watch rather than from backup which would be a complete nightmare. Before considering this drastic action I wanted to know if it is widespread/issue with the latest updates or actually a bug in my backup. Anyone else have a potential fix?
