I have tried using terminal and "sudo pmset schedule cancelall" method, but after a few hours or in a day the schedule comes back in the power option. (under system informaiton > power)

re: <sudo pmset schedule cancelall> in the current macOS Sonoma 14.4.1 this is a valid command.

I will say Scheduled pmset is not random...

What are you seeing exactly in your "under system informaiton > power" (?)

You do not say what macOS you are running..(?) you can try the older command if this is your issue.

sudo pmset repeat cancel 

I would make changes to other settings and compare your results
