Apple wallet showing tickets one day late

This is causing me quite an inconvenience. I travel on the train3 times a week and fly twice a week and all tickets for all modes of transport are 24 hours late. When you’re running for a gate or a platform the on screen reminder was brilliant. Simply doesn’t work at all now. Come on apple, sort this out please!

I’m having the same issues, LNER train tickets are affected but none of the other ones so far, it’s been like this said a few months now, it’s very annoying.

Yes it’s only happening with LNER for me. I contacted them and they said they were aware and looking into it but that was over a week ago and it’s been happening to me for about 2 months. None of the fixes in this thread have worked.

I'm having exactly the same problem - with UK rail tickets. I get the notification a day late...

Used to work perfectly.

I've got the same issue. All train tickets added to wallet show on Lock Screen 1 day after the date on the ticket.

Hey! How are you doing? After clearly analyzing your inquiry, I came to a conclusion that your Wallet most probably has a small bug. To add, I recommend contacting the Apple Customer Support Service (Apple Support UK) or visiting one of your local Apple Stores (Apple Stores in UK)

Have you contacted the support team for the trains or airlines? Links to Apple Support in U.K. are posted above. This seems isolated to U.K.

In Settings app > General > turn automatically off then back on.

Some people have reported updating the corresponding app fixes time issue.

Some people have reported removing the tickets and then adding again fixes time issue.

Some people have reported a forced restart fixes time issue.

Some people have reported resetting network settings resolved the time issue.

Lastly, some people have reported deleting the Wallet app fixes the issue. Beware, deleting Wallet app will remove all credit cards, passes, tickets, loyalty cards etc. Some will be restored from iCloud if Wallet is backing up to iCloud. All cards and passes will need to be re-added.

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

Having same problem for weeks now.

None of them worked for me. I tried all of them and combinations of them too. This is a major inconvenience for me. What once worked perfectly now does not.

Sounds like the issue is their app. Notifications come from the corresponding app. If the app is having time issues, it affects the delivery of the notifications. There is a theory it’s caused by leap year.

By the way, I also recommend checking if you have the right region in your device, as time zones may be different in other regions.
