When tracking someone and you zoom in on that person my clock and Battery and Bars at top go from white then black!?

Nope that’s not it they are white on the app but once you zoom in on it will go black then some times one will be be white and other will be black and I don’t have any other app on the background?
black and white? Then they go black? And sometimes there is a big blue circle around the person! And now it’s not giving me live just keeps saying now??
