I have a line set up with T-Mobile for my Watch Ultra 2, but am unable to make calls without my iPhone. My number for my watch is paired with my original number. Is anyone else having this issue? What can I do to correct it. My watch says cellular is connected, but again I cannot make calls without my phone.

Which icon do you see in the control center of your Apple Watch Ultra 2?
This white cellular icon means, that your cellular network is available, but your watch is still connected to your iPhone, if you want to make a call.
If your icon shows the green LTE sign, you can make a call without your nearby iPhone, since the iPhone is not connected anymore to your watch via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
To activate the cellular network, you might have to tap on the white cellular symbol mentioned above.
