Apple watch notifikation

When I cycle, my watch asks if I am cycling. How do you turn it off?

Easy. Settings > Workout > Start Workout Reminder > turn off.

There is also a reminder to turn off a workout after the  Watch detects you are no longer doing that workout. I find this one useful sometimes. It is turned on or off the same way and John Galt suggests for the reminder to turn on a workout.
