I’m not like iCloud because I’m being charged and don’t want it. I have plenty of storage on my new Phone 15 pro. Please help me to remove it, without loosing any pictures or videos.

You cannot remove iCloud. It is not a component that can be deleted.
You can turn off certain iCloud features in Settings ➜ Apple ID ➜ iCloud.
