I have a three month free Apple TV offer but the system will not let me pay

I have a three month free apple tv offer but the system will not let me pay. It just hangs after saying something about European regulations and contacting my bank. I have tried debit card, credit cards and pay pal. nothing works! Can anyone help or is this a bogus offer with Curry's, Thanks

Have you ever had Apple TV before or had another free offer that you used, if so the offer you are attempting will not work. I suggest that you contact AppleCare if you have never had Apple TV before and they can help you sort out the problem.
