Still stuck on iOS 15
Unable to get past iOS 15.8.2. I have an iPhone 7+. Any assistance? I am unable to use some apps.

Hey! How are you doing? As shown in the iOS 17 Compatibility Guide, you must have an iPhone XR or newer to experience and use the iOS 17. I would recommend you buying a new iPhone, as there is no way you could access iOS 17 with your iPhone 7+.
