How to delete downloaded podcasts' episodes in my i phone?

Just got my i watch and tried to pair it with my i phone11, that requires to update my iso version to iso17. The problem is I need at least 7.34GB space in my phone to install iso17. I've tried to delete the half or all of episodes of the podcasts [KERA's Think} many times, in order to free up the storage space, by the way. it takes up 33GB. After the countless times of deleting them, at the end these episodes returned and stayed.

Appreciate any advices.
