How do I retrieve my backed up information from iTunes?

As I explained above I for many years had a tower iMac it was a iMac. It was a tower eight out running OS 9 and is back in the 90s and we always have to back up our music data all through iTunes and this is even back when we had Servers and our sets that we had to do just to burn CD you know it was it was OK but regardless I had a lot of information back then and I would like to retrieve that and I know everything now and the last 1020 years has been iCloud, but there’s gotta be that information somewhere saved in the server Under the iCloud please if you can get back to me and let me know I would really appreciate it. I see a lot of people are asking the same question on the same blog please reply.
