Shareware and freeware in the App-store

Apple is discouraging shareware and freeware initiatives and do not give poor developers the opportunity to use their store. You have to pay different charges for publishing apps on Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Google charges a one-time fee of $25 to release an app successfully. Whereas, you have to pay a yearly fee of $99 to release an app on the Apple App Store. Apple one of the richest companies in the world?! Why not supporting development of software made by poor people? And supporting them and by that they will develop themselves and promote self-adducation. No, Apple supports in app buying, in almost every app, to gain as much money as possible, that is evidently more important?

The App Store requires time and money to monitor for safety, the Play Store less so.
