How to fix cellular issue in iPhone 6?

I'm experiencing a cellular problem with my iPhone 6s. I've restarted and updated iOS via iTunes, following your instructions, but the issue remains. Any further steps to resolve this would be appreciated.

Hello,

This same issue has been happening with people who have updated to iOS 17.4.1. I am assuming this is a software issue that has been caused because of an error in the recent update. The methods that you have tried are the ones that I would recommend, there are 2 more things you could try.

Contact Apple Support , they will most likely ask you to do the things you have already done, but it is better to have the issue logged with Apple.
Visit an Apple Store, I experienced the issue a few days ago and brought it into the Apple store and the technician was able to fix the issue.

But i have no received any update. i'm older iOS use 15.8.2 so why they issue show this iOS.
