Yellow microphone icon flickering when using Pro Tools

Hello,

I have a problem that when I'm using Pro Tools the yellow mic icon in the menubar starts flickering. While the icon is flickering i get cpu overloads very fast. After a while it stops flickering and i dont get cpu overloads anymore but a few second later it starts flickering again.

That happens only when I'm using Pro Tools.

I have tried it without and with Rosetta.

Does anyone know what the problem could be?

I am using:

Macbook pro 14" 2021 with m1 pro

MacOS 14.4.0

Latest Pro Tools version
