Hello,

If you're sure that it is charged, try this:

  1. Press and quickly release the volume up button.
  2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
  3. Press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo (could be as long as 30 seconds)

The timing is a little critical, you may have to try it several times. See this for more detail:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won‘t turn on or is frozen

Good luck.

hi did ur phone get back to normal? maybe it is a system issue, if your storage is almost full, is likely that your phone will stay black.you can try these methods:

*Force Restart*: Press Volume Up, then Down, and hold Power until Apple logo shows up.

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won‘t turn on or is frozen

*Charge iPhone*: Use official cable/MagSafe for 10 mins; try another cable if USB-C issue.

*Try finder update*

  1. Connect your iPhone to a computer.
  2. Select your iPhone on your computer.
  3. While your iPhone is connected, follow these steps:

On your iPhone 8 or later, including iPhone SE (2nd and 3rd generation): Press and quickly release the volume up button. Press and quickly release the volume down button. Then press and hold the side button.

Keep holding the buttons until you see the recovery mode screen.

  1. When you get the option to restore or update, choose Update.
  2. Your computer will download the software for your device. If it takes more than 15 minutes, your device will exit recovery mode. Repeat steps 2-4.

*system repair*: try for system repair without data loss.If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won‘t turn on or is frozen
