How to disable VPN and access websites on MacBook

I'm getting this error message accessing some websites: Please deactivate your VPN or proxy.

As far as I'm aware I don't have VPN enabled. `Any ideas how to disable VPN if it is enabled?

If you have an App like NordVPN or ExpressVPN o some other you may have download to access movies on Netflix or other streaming service from outside your country turn it off in the App.

If you don't have any VPN apps check Settings ➜ General ➜ VPN & Device Management and see if there is a VPN configured there.

If you have no Apps, and have nothing configured, then the websites may be misidentifying your IP address location.

You can check what your current IP is geolocating to, and verify it is correct for your location.
