Share Across Devices - two failed attemps

When I stopped and looked at the setting I realised that was probably not the one I should have been changing - I had wanted to give me more time before the screen went blank.  How do I change this ?  I have an iPhone if that helps..

What, specifically are you attempting to achieve? Photos and other files/data can be synchronised between devices using iCloud services:

Settings > [Your Name / AppleID] > iCloud >

Simply enable Apps and services that you wish to synchronise between devices.

• With "Share across devices" not clickable, restart your device to refresh running processes and make sure that you have updated to the latest software version for your iPhone and iPad. If this behavior continues, turn off Focus, restart iPhone/iPad, and enable it again.

By the way, just to clarify, are you trying to share your Photos across your devices?
