Magnifier bad options considering Apple no Saving to photo library

I am using the iPhone (XR) magnifier. Once open I can zoom and add filters etc. After I have snapped the frame I want to save it. If I hold on the image it only gives me the option to share, and not to 'save image'. Hence when sharing to my photos I receive a non magnified, non filtered version. Can anyone assist in saving the magnified and filtered shot.

A workaround to get this to work is to use the magnifier and then adjust as needed but one ridiculous step required to keep picture settings is to do a screen capture of the adjusted image to keep it the way you adjusted. This should be FIXED with Magnifier to save directly to photos with the adjustments in tact.
