Apple Watch Sync with MacBook?

I am looking into an Apple Watch for my daughter and am interested in parent controls.

However, I use an Android phone (gasp!), but use a MacBook computer.

Question | Is there a way for me to 'control/monitor' her Apple Watch activity via my MacBook?
