How can I transfer savings amount out of my Apple saving account?
I need to move my Apple savings amount to another external account however the amount is 230,000 and I need it completed before 4 days

Any transfer over $10,000 will raise numerous red flags due to federal banking laws/regulations. Contact an Apple Savings Specialist and ask for a supervisor. Tier one support will be a delay in getting your request escalated. You will also need to discuss the matter with the bank you want the transfer sent to. Fours days is a big delay, unless you have a strong relationship with the receiving bank.
