I need to change the PW of my icloud account.

Hi! I would appreciate some help. I recently moved to the USA and cannot access the phone number I used to open my cloud account. Since I forgot the password, the Apple system would need to send a code to the number I used to open it and sadly I have not received any message or call since I got in the USA for that number. What should I do?
