Hello I got unwanted bills on my card

Subject: Request for Assistance with Unauthorized Charges and Subscription Cancellations


Dear apple community team,


  1. I recently discovered unauthorized charges totaling over €1700 on my daughter's phone for various services, including Telegram (presents for other subscriptions), Brawl Stars, and other applications. I have cancelled these transactions, but I would like to inquire about the possibility of obtaining a refund.
  2. Additionally, my bank statement shows a reserved charge dated 16.04.2024 for €4.99 with the description "APPLE.COM/BILL ITUNES.COM IE." We do not use iTunes or similar Apple services, and I am unsure what this charge pertains to. Could you please help me understand what this charge is for and advise on how to cancel it?
  3. Furthermore, I am based in Montenegro and have noticed that direct support options are limited for my location. Could you please direct me to the appropriate channel where I can report these issues or chat with a support representative?

You'll have to initiate it yourself - Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

Check to make sure it's an actual charge. If it doesn't appear, it might be fraudulent.


View your purchase history for the App Store and other Apple media services - Apple Support

You could try the 'start support request online' button here - Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support


Or, try chatting with the Messages app. Use Safari to open the link. It doesn't seem like there's a lot of options though.
