I get Error 1304 on my iPhone when trying to set up my voicemail, greeting, etc. For some reason when I switched phones, I have no voicemail set up. My greeting I’ve had for 10 years is gone. I try to fix it and it pops up Apple, mobile phone air 1304 whatever the hell that means please advise.

Do you have cellular data turned on? Voicemail needs it to sync with your carrier’s voicemail server.
