Hi Live Captions on MacBook Pro Sonoma not working : Is there a fix for this?

Wondering whether you are using Live Captions as is, or with Accessibility settings:

Possibly a change of settings, (eg: to customize the appearance of LIve Captions) may solve the situation.

Note: Live Captions is currently in beta. Live Captions is available only on Mac computers with Apple silicon, and is not available in all languages, countries or regions. The accuracy of Live Captions may vary and should not be relied upon in high-risk or emergency situations.
