Macbook Pro Screen Replacement

I was wondering if it was possible to have my MacBook Pro screen replaced? There is nothing wrong with the existing screen that is on it now, except for a few blemishes here and there but nothing major. I was just curious if the screen could be replaced even if there isn't any damage to it? And if so, how much would it cost? I do not have Apple Care, so I would just be paying for the replacement myself. Product: MacBook Pro Retina, Late 2013 15 inch screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
