will clearing a music queue on my iPod touch GEN seven delete the songs from my library

I was scrolling through songs on my iPod touch GEN seven and I accidentally hit the wrong song so I wanted to play a different song and it said I had to clear my music queue in order to play the new song. If you clear the music queue, does that delete the song from your device.
