Subscription of ChatGPT Plus On July 3rd, I purchased ChatGPT Plus through the Apple Store for my account xxx_1. However, I encountered an error message stating, "This subscription is associated with another OpenAI account. Please login with that account to access it, or visit help.openai.com for support." The "another" OpenAI account referred to here is my other account, xxx_2. I am confused about why this happened. Is it not possible to use one Apple ID to pay for more than one OpenAI account? Moreover, there was no prior notification about this limitation. I would appreciate some assistance with resolving this issue.
