i dont recieve any calls from support

i dont recieve the calls from apple support. i just get an email about me not answering my phone

iPhone 15, iOS 17

I’m not receiving phone calls from apple support I can receive another phone calls from unknown callers everyone but somehow Apple support send me an email saying they have tried to call me but there’s no answer ?? Why is this happening iv gone through my iPhone checking that every thing is correct like silence unknown callers is off I checked Apple‘s phone number in my block list it’s not there

Never got a call back I was in the middle of support for my sons phone and was told I would get a call back and now I’m getting emails saying they called I never got a call

Apple phone calls I keep getting phone messages to contact apple support. Is this coming from apple or is it bogus?

We on this forum are Apple user lust like you. We are not Apple and cannot speak for Apple. You need to deal with Apple directly about your issue.
