Is there any way to restore a lost song in GarageBand?

So my GarageBand started glitching and I had a previous song made it was already finished and everything was saved but since it started glitching I deleted the app and got it again, after that I clicked on it and everything was there but when I opened the song file there was only a little bit of the recording that I did, but the rest got deleted, I don’t know how to restore it I don’t even understand why it was the only one that this happened in, everything else is fine
