Apple ID payment method is getting declined

“Don't know what to do next . I have tried contacting apple support and all I am told it's not available in my location. I am afraid of losing my photos etc.”

Adding a Card:

Contact your Credit Card Carrier, and ask them to approve of this. Sometimes, carriers see this type of activity suspicious, and they block it from going through. So, let them know that all is fine to be followed through with. If you have a VPN enabled, then disable it while adding it.
