sharing one monitor, keyboard, and mouse with a MacBook Pro M3 and Windows PC

I recently got a MacBook Pro M3 and I currently have it connected to a CalDigit TB4 dock and a widescreen monitor (Scepter C34). The monitor is pretty decent and runs at 3440x1440 @ 165 Hertz when connected to my MacBook via a DisplayPort cable. I would like to get a Mini PC and configure everything so it is easy to switch between the MacBook and PC. However, I would like to use the same monitor, keyboard, and mouse to save space. I was looking at KVMs but I haven't found any really good ones that will do what I want to do. I was also looking at the Logitech MX Mechanical keyboards that are designed for both Mac & Windows and can use function keys to switch between devices. However, I'd probably still need to manually switch my monitor from DP1 to DP2 using the button on the bottom of the monitor. Also, the CalDigit TB4 dock probably won't work well connected to the KVM so I might have to leave it connected directly to my MacBook.

I would love to hear any suggestions from someone who has gotten a similar setup to work well.

Bluetoth on Multiple Computers:

Bluetooth can only be paired with one computer at a time. It is the way Bluetooth is designed. Toggling on/off the stuck would not work. You need to unpair it, before paring it to the other computer.
