Apple Watch Ultra not tracking sleep

Hi! I am new the the apple products and recently purchased and Apple Watch Ultra 2. I have a sleep schedule set up on my phone and watch to track my sleep but for the past week it hasn’t tracked it. I make sure my battery isn’t going to run out overnight try to make sure it’s got a decent charge in it. Any help appreciated!

Did you set up your Sleep App as described in this Apple Watch Ultra User Guide?

Track your sleep with Apple Watch Ultra - Apple Support

If it worked in the past, did you change any settings on your iPhone in the settings for Focus modes?

If you disable "Sleep" on your iPhone, it will automatically be disabled on your Apple Watch.

Can you enable Sleep mode manually, if you press the Side button on your Apple Watch to bring up the Control Center, and then tap on the moon icon, to select "Sleep"?
