Camera auto zooms automatically

Hey guys,

I do a lot of self-tapes and it is now infuriating me the amount of takes I need to do because my camera keeps zooming in and out automatically which then ruins the videos I am making. I have an iPhone 12 Pro.

This honestly makes no sense to me how Apple, in 2024, has done this and doesn't allow for it to be stopped.

I have the following settings:

Lock Camera - ON

Lens Correction - OFF

Scene Detection - OFF

I honestly don't know what to do and this is driving me crazy by now. Does anyone know what to do?
