"All Apps" messing up the screen time.

I have a MBA M2 15'. The screen time option was best to monitor the time I spent on various apps and websites. But since 2 days the screen time is messed up. Even though I use my machine barely for an hour or so daily, it has been showing 24 hours as my usage. The battery is also draining up significantly. The most used app in the screen time is "All Apps" there is no other explanation about what is being used. My mac is updated to the latest Sonoma OS. Everything was all good until this issue came up. Upon looking on other platforms for help, no one has exactly got a solution for this. Please help.
