icloud calendar on my wiondows 11 pc. calendar won't change hours displayed from 24 to

I go into calendar settings and change the hours displayed from 24 to 10 but nothing changes on the calendar. Don't understand.

Bug in calendar If I go on icloud.com, and open calendar, it shows perfectly all the events but they're like 1 hour earlier on the site while on my iPhone and iPad are shown correctly. I don't know if it's a visual bug or if I save an event from my PC it will show this way.
