Can not log in to icloud or itunes "programs" on computer but phone and browser log in works fine.

Hi, I am looking for any ideas to try at all.

I have a old AppleID I have not used in 10 or so years and I activated it on a new 15 Pro Max. It works fine, everything is there and I can download music and apps.

The problem is, on my Windows 11 Pro computer I can not sign into the iCloud or iTunes "programs" using the same and CORRECT ID and password. I can open a web browser and go to iCloud and log in with the SAME EXACT ID and password fine.

So something is off on my computer I am guessing but I can't figure it out. I use Nortons 360 but there is no VPN and I am getting "verification error" messages even though it IS the correct one and works fine on the iPhone and in a web browser.
