Call log appears on two phone

I have iPhone since the beginning of iPhone. I have been sharing my Apple ID with my whole family from the beginning of iPhone. Never have any issues or problems. Now all my family phones calls and voicemails appear on my phone. If Apple refuses to do anything about it than maybe it’s time for my family to move on to different phone.

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 14

You are the only one that can do something about it by not using the same Apple ID. Apple has been saying for years that family members should not be using the same Apple ID.

Make sure that each family member has a unique Apple ID - Apple Support

The Apple ID is personal and used to make each device that uses it act as if you are seamlessly moving from one device to the other. You can be starting an email on one device and continue on another, or reply to calls made to another device.

Continuing to share the Apple ID when it has been strongly discouraged will result in exactly what you are seeing. That is the intention of using multiple devices with the same Apple ID and also strengthens personal safety of the data that is attached to the Apple ID. If you want to share subscriptions and purchases to other Family members, it is still allowed in a more secure way by putting the Organizer in charge of what can be shared.

You do realize that even before the iOS 17 update that if you had Messages in iCloud turned on or another family member turned it on, then they would be able to view all of your messages. That should be reason enough to have a separate ID, but if you are not concerned about your privacy then it should not bother you to also have them view your call logs and listen to your voicemails.
