Unable to download YouTube and Instagram on my iPhone 6s Plus

If you don't have enough storage space on your iPhone, you will not be able to download large or too many smaller files to it.

You only have the option to delete items off the phone to make space ... and no, you cannot increase the current storage space on your phone. In order to do that, you will have to get another phone that comes pre-equipped with the additional space.
