How to fix or add my debit card on Apple Pay?

I’m trying to add my debit card to Apple Pay, but it says “go and look for the add to wallet button, emails and websites” but every time i do it, still doesn’t let me add the debit card.

what should i do? Is there a way i can fix that situation?
