Email deleting not syncing between iPhone and iPad
My emails no longer delete on my iPhone when I delete them on my iPad

Whether these activities are coordinated depends completely on your email server setup. A POP3 setup would not coordinate between your devices. An IMAP setup would.
Check your email service provider’s required settings.
