Got it. Try going to Settings > Safari, then scroll down to click 'Clear History & Website Data', then restart your phone and try.

What do you mean by 'not working'? What device are you using?
If Safari isn't loading websites or quits on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If Safari doesn't open a page or work as expected on your Mac - Apple Support
