You don't need to worry about being hacked, but increased battery usage has been noted with Social Media apps such as Facebook, Instagram, X, etc due to heavy use of the background processes needed for Notification updates. Have you been able to identify an app that is consuming too much battery by going to Settings > Battery?

No you haven't there are no known, hack/malware/spyware/virus for a non jailbroken phone.

What you describe doesn't constituent as a hack phone.
