Wallet didn’t add PASMO card

I’ve tried to open a new PASMO transport card today to my wallet, but on the last step my phone suddenly turned off. When I’ve turned it on, I saw that wallet made a purchase from my debit card, but no PASMO was added to my card list.

The “previously added cards” screen says that is no cards to re-open. How can I add my already purchased card or maybe there’s a way to return money back?

Adding debit card i need to update my card in settings because the one one file was closed due to a hack. It’s telling me i need to add a new one and when I hit “add a new card” a message saying “at least one card verified is needed on file.” But the card on file won’t work so i can verify it. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh also i know “on file” isn’t that right term.
