Why is my iPhone failing to connect to my printer?

I have used this printer with this phone before. This time when I select the printer off the list page and hit print it says contacting printer it sits for a few moments and then says failed to contact printer. It is really giving me problems and I have tried all the standard fixes to no avail. Reset phone, reset router, reset network settings, checked all equipment for updates. At my wits end.
