Why is there a att Wi-Fi passpoint in my Wi-Fi settings but I never connected to it

I’ve never connected to it but it’s in my settings.

Hidden Wi-Fi network I need to know how to not make my Wi-Fi hidden on my iPhone. I saw a response about looking on the back of the router for a phone number for support with the model number but there’s no phone number - just the network number. I’ve called my Wi-Fi company and they were no help. Can you give me any suggestions on how to fix this? Would I need to give you the router model number? Thanks.
