Says invalid birthday when birthday is correct

I’m trying to log onto Apple TV. I’m at my parents house using my father’s log on on his tv. It’s saying the log in info is wrong even though it’s the info he gave me so we decided to change the password. I go to log in to his account from my phone and one again it’s saying wrong password. There’s an option to help another id from your phone so I choose it, proceed with trying to log in. It asks me to verify my birthday so I input my birthday. It says incorrect birthday. It’s not, I’ve even double checked in my settings. I don’t understand why nothing is working? Especially why is it telling me my birthday is wrong?
