Billing payment problem affecting my apps
Hi. I subscribed in a app by mistake and the subscription’s cost was 30usd. I removed my card immediately because I don’t want to be subscribed and cancelled the subscription in the iPhone BUT the app still as active subscription in my iPhone. If I try to update any other app, I have billing problem because: if I add my credit card, I receive an email that apple is charging the $30 and if I don’t add it, I can update the others apps.
I contacted the app’s support team but they told me that my subscription is cancelled and it is a apple problem.
