Siri isn't responding to alarm setting requests

When I say “Siri” he responds with “mmmm”. Then I ask him to set an alarm for a certain time he does not answer. He usually says done or I’ve set your alarm. Etc. now there is no reply to the request. He responds to other requests but not to setting an alarm anymore.
